The Best Practice Working Group (BPWG) reviews current and proposed best market practices that align with regulatory obligations and other trade associations.
There are no minutes from this group’s meetings as all subject matters and resulting output are loaded live into the ISLA Best Practice Handbook here.
Members can review the handbook, filter for recently made changes and raise questions and issues via the mail icon in the handbook or directly to regtech@islaemea.org. All queries will be put before the BPWG and feedback will be given directly to the member in addition to any edits made to best practice.
Any changes to the Best Practices will also be summarised in the Market Practice Steering Group.
