The ISLA Board of Directors are drawn from across its members, and work with the senior management team to agree the strategic aims and objectives of the Association.
The collective group assumes oversight responsibility for the financial well-being of ISLA, together with undertaking periodical reviews of the ongoing performance of the business. Board members are elected, normally for a three year period and meet several times a year to review the progress of ongoing initiatives.
The ISLA Board of Directors also operate a number of committees to provide specific guidance and oversight to key strategic and operational initiatives across ISLA’s operations.
