ISLA’s Securities Lending Performance Measurement Industry Guidance introduces a set of standards in respect of data aggregation and calibration of performance related metrics.
The below member firms pledge to integrate the principles outlined within the industry guidance, as laid out by the Securities Lending Performance Measurement Working Group.
This is undertaken with a view to having an industry-wide global standard, which all participants can voluntarily adhere to in the form of best practice – promoting greater consistency and improving transparency.
This should ultimately lead to wider adoption across the marketplace and amongst stakeholders.
Please note that adherence to any best practice guidelines provided on the ISLA Website is voluntary and members may choose to deviate from the guidelines.
