This month, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) will be holding two key events in Paris relating to SFTR Reporting.
On July 15th between 15.00 and 17.00 CET, there will be an Open Hearing for circa 150 attendees. This will be in relation to its consultation paper published on 27th May 2019 on draft Guidelines.
On July 16th, ESMA be holding a one day Workshop for invited guests only, where pre-submitted topics will form part of the overall discussion. ISLA is honoured to have been allocated a number of seats at this exclusive event.
In preparation for both events and as part of the SFTR Trade Association Supergroup, ISLA has been working closely with a number of industry associations, including ICMA and AFME, to coordinate respective submissions, and align findings, feedback and priorities.
