The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) issued a joint consultation paper on updated regulations; Securities Borrowing and Lending & Short Selling.

Bank of England published the ‘Future of Finance’ report, and as a direct response to the recommendations made in the paper, committed to a public review. The initial phase of the review came in the form of a discussion paper on transforming data collection from the UK financial sector.
