ESMA Issues Consultation on MAR

The European Securities Markets Authority (ESMA) has today published a paper on the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

The deadline for responses is 29 November 2019.

In the context of the consultation, ESMA will also host a Hearing on 05 November 2019.
