After the release of the Public Register of Statements of Commitment to the UK Money Markets Code on Monday 17 September, the Bank of England have released the UK Money Markets Code Annual Survey.
This will enable the money markets committee to gain a broader and more detailed cross-market perspective on awareness and adherence to the Code, as well as allowing respondents to provide feedback on, for example, specific contents of the Code and application of the Code within their institution.
ISLA continues to support the UK Money Markets Code and we hope and expect all our eligible members will take part in this annual survey before the closing date.
