Can’t find a specific document or legacy agreement?
The Global Master Securities Lending Agreement (Security Interest over Collateral 2018 version), also known as ‘Pledge GMSLA’, was published in 2018 and outlines the terms and conditions related to the collateralisation of a securities lending transaction. ISLA members have access to the master agreement below, including useful FAQs, and various supporting security interest agreements.

Changes to LIBOR References in the GMSLA
ISLA has produced a standard form amendment to assist market participants in their efforts to agree the deletion of references to LIBOR in their documentation. The wording can be used both as an additional provision in new GMSLAs, or as an amendment to legacy ones.
