ISLA Briefing | Paris 2025

On Wednesday 1 October 2025, ISLA will be returning to Paris for its annual in-person briefing event for regional market participants.

The half-day morning session (08:30-12:45), kindly hosted by BNP Paribas, will aim to provide practitioners, including institutional investors, funds and banks with an update on key market and regulatory trends and developments within the securities finance markets, with a particular focus on those with jurisdictional relevance.

Ahead of the briefing, on the evening of Tuesday, 30 September, delegates are invited to join us from 17:30-19:30 at the InterContinental Paris le Grand for an ISLA Connects Networking Reception, kindly sponsored by CACEIS.

Novel Coronavirus 2019-nCoV/COVID-19

In response to the recent outbreak of Novel Coronavirus 2019-nCoV/COVID-19, we are monitoring the situation closely on a daily basis, and will be following the directions and guidance of the World Health Organization, as well as relevant local authorities (Sozialministerium Oesterreich & Bundesministerium Oesterreich) in making planning decisions around the European Conference in Vienna.

We are currently working with our venues, caterers and suppliers to ensure they have implemented stringent cleaning and sanitation measures, with the comfort, safety and health of our delegates and colleagues being our priority.

As it currently stands, there are no official travel warnings or bans for travelling to Austria.
