LONDON, Thursday 12 October 2023 – The International Securities Lending Association (ISLA), a leading industry trade association representing the common interests of securities lending and financing market participants across EMEA, is delighted to announce that Tony Holland has recently joined ISLA as a Regulatory & Markets Consultant.
Based in London, Tony will engage with a range of member firm and internal stakeholder groups to further align and develop ISLA Best Practices and industry standards. Cross-referencing aspects such as legal frameworks and constructs, digital and technology, market operating models, peer associations’ standards, as well as regulatory impacts (including T+1), his work will coalesce around aspects such as format, structure, functionality, and access to the content, leading to clearer traceability and uniformity.
Tony brings with him over 30 years of financial markets experience working in senior operational roles across the buy and sell side. Prior to joining ISLA, Tony was most recently the SFTR SME at MUFG Securities EMEA Plc.
