Tina is Head of Legal Services at ISLA, where she oversees all aspects of our legal documentation and opinions work for the benefit of ISLA members. This includes the management of our various legal working groups and streams to determine new and ongoing priorities and initiatives, as well as the relationships with external counsel and our netting opinions provider, aosphere.
Tina is also ISLA’s lead for ISLA Connects. ISLA Connects was launched by ISLA in 2024, with the aim of providing a forum for ISLA member firm representatives employed in the securities financing industry to connect, and enable ISLA to reach market participants who may not have the opportunity to interact with us via ISLA working groups or attend our annual conferences or other regional events.
Tina is a securities lending professional, having spent 11 years at Deutsche Bank in a senior Sales and Marketing role in the Equity financing team. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Tina worked in a sales and relationship management role supporting the securities lending trading desk at Morgan Stanley.

Natasha Benson is a recognized leader in the financial services industry with over 25 years of experience, particularly in the emerging fields of Tokenization and Digital Markets. She is currently COO/CFO of Ownera, a company at the forefront of building interconnected infrastructure for tokenized solutions.
Before Ownera, Natasha founded and led several successful ventures. She was the CEO of Fintech for International Development UK, an impact fintech focused on last-mile payments using digital rails and backed by Barclays and SCB. Earlier in her career, Natasha held leadership roles at Goldman Sachs and Standard Chartered Bank. She is known for her expertise in strategic leadership, product development, and risk management. Natasha is a frequent speaker and commentator on topics related to the future of finance and the transformative potential of blockchain technology.

Yalini Isweran serves as Executive Director Product Management of DTCC Digital Assets where she leads the strategy, direction, and roadmap prioritization for the DTCC Digital Launchpad.
Prior to DTCC, Yalini was Managing Director, Head of Digital Liquidity Solutions at State Street where she oversaw development of State Street’s digital strategy leveraging the firm’s emerging technology infrastructure to provide enhanced liquidity and treasury management solutions for clients. Her primary focus centres on initiatives in the fund tokenization area, specifically how tokenization can bring transparency and solve inefficiencies in the processing of Alternatives Assets. Kirsten also leads our core platform and service enhancements, ensuring Kinexys Digital Assets is positioned as the market leader in the institutional blockchain space.

Scott is the Head of Markets Digital Assets and is responsible for the strategy and execution of new trading products built on DLT/Blockchain. Additionally, he is responsible for representing JP Morgan on industry initiatives and wider market developments related to Digital Assets.
Scott joined JP Morgan in 2010 and has spent most of his time in Treasury/Chief Investment Office and the Corporate and Investment Bank. He also serves on the board of CLS, HQLAx and Ownera, and is a Trustee of Global H20 (UK), a charity focused on providing clean water in Uganda.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Scott served as an Infantry Officer for 13 years in the Australian then British Army, including tours of East Timor, Northern Ireland and Iraq.
Scott holds an MBA from Cambridge University and a BA from Deakin University.
