Tom Cox is a Solutions Engineer at EquiLend, providing technical expertise and product demos within the Sales Organization to prospective and existing clients as they navigate connecting to EquiLend services.

Tom joined EquiLend on the graduate rotational program in 2020 before working within Post Trade Product, providing support to client usage and assisting with product design.

Nick Delikaris is the Chief Product Officer at EquiLend, leading the firm’s global product strategy, innovation and delivery across its full product suite.

With over 20 years of experience across capital markets, fintech and digital assets, Nick has held senior leadership positions at State Street, Coinbase and Goldman Sachs. He is also the founder and chair of the ISLA Americas’ FinTech and Innovation Committee and serves on the boards of several technology companies.

Nick holds dual degrees in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Sam has worked as an agency lending trader at BNY since 2023, covering both fixed income lending and cash-reinvestment with a focus on automation and broadening the use of analytics.

Previously he has held rolls in Securities Finance data analysis and operations where he began as a graduate in 2019.

Gabi Mantle is Global Head of Solutions Engineering at EquiLend, responsible for providing technical and subject matter expertise to define bespoke solutions for new and existing users across EquiLend’s full suite of solutions; conducting product demos, responding to RFPs, supporting the sales cycle and coordinating customer feedback to continually enhance the firm’s product suite.

Previously, Gabi was Global Head of Post-Trade Solutions at EquiLend, responsible for post-trade client engagement, aiding product development and managing a team of product specialists providing SME support to EquiLend’s post-trade clients. She has 25 years of finance industry experience, primarily in securities finance.

Prior to joining EquiLend in 2019, Gabi held positions at Deutsche Bank, UBS and Bank of America spanning all areas of securities lending and client asset operations. She has an extensive knowledge of securities lending operations processes as well as a strong industry network.

Stephen is a Securities Lending trader at BlackRock primarily covering credit.

Prior to this role he was a member of the Client, Product Strategy and Operations teams within BlackRock.

Mr. Brian Oliver is Vice President, RippleX Partnerships, where he leads new business development and relationship management for partners driving innovation, adoption, and impact across the XRP Ledger (XRPL) ecosystem.

With over 20 years of experience in financial markets, Brian has an extensive background in launching, scaling, and managing businesses disrupted by technological innovation, evolving market structure, and regulatory changes.

Prior to Ripple, he held executive roles at BlockFi, Citadel Securities, J.P. Morgan, and CME Group, and has worked across the U.S., EMEA, and Asia.

Simon Waddington is currently Head of Post-Trade & RegTech Solutions globally at EquiLend. He is responsible for the development and implementation of EquiLend’s broad suite of post-trade products as well as regulatory reporting and onboarding/ALD solutions.

Simon has been in the securities finance industry for over 25 years and previously held senior roles as Head of Trading EMEA at RBC Investor Services and Head of Business Development EMEA at State Street. Prior to joining EquiLend he was Chief Operating Officer for the International Securities Lending Association.

Jakub Zyznowski is an equity finance trader at HSBC, where he has been working for nearly two years.

He joined HSBC on the graduate scheme after completing an undergrad in Economics at UCL.
