Tina is Head of Legal Services at ISLA, where she oversees all aspects of our legal documentation and opinions work for the benefit of ISLA members. This includes the management of our various legal working groups and streams to determine new and ongoing priorities and initiatives, as well as the relationships with external counsel and our netting opinions provider, aosphere.

Tina is also ISLA’s lead for ISLA Connects. ISLA Connects was launched by ISLA in 2024, with the aim of providing a forum for ISLA member firm representatives employed in the securities financing industry to connect, and enable ISLA to reach market participants who may not have the opportunity to interact with us via ISLA working groups or attend our annual conferences or other regional events.

Tina is a securities lending professional, having spent 11 years at Deutsche Bank in a senior Sales and Marketing role in the Equity financing team. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Tina worked in a sales and relationship management role supporting the securities lending trading desk at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Church is an AVP on the Barclays Hedge Fund Strategic Consulting team, which he joined in 2023. The team develops industry-leading content, driven by primary analysis, on the Hedge Fund industry and provides management consulting services to HFs, asset managers and institutional investors. Prior to joining Barclays, he worked as a Business Strategy Consultant at NTT DATA.

Mr. Church holds a BA in Management from Leeds University.

Andy joined ISLA in 2013 and took over as Chief Executive in mid-2016. As well as leading our advocacy efforts with policymakers and regulators, he is also responsible for defining the aims and objectives of the Association and ensuring that we meet the needs and requirements of our member firms across Europe, Middle East & Africa. He regularly participates in panel discussions at conferences and events, representing the interests of the industry and advocating the importance of securities lending to the efficient functioning of the broader capital markets.

Prior to joining ISLA, he held senior product and account management roles across the securities finance industry including Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Prudential M&G and IHS Markit (formerly Data Explorers).

Before joining the world of capital markets, Andy worked in commercial and corporate finance banking including aerospace finance.

After graduating from the University of Innsbruck in his native Austria in 2005, Florian started as a trader in Prime Services at Lehman Brothers London. Since October 2008 he has been working at Barclays in trading roles across Corporate Actions, Financing and Delta1 in both London and Singapore. Florian is currently responsible for Equity Financing Trading for Barclays Prime Services in Europe spanning Secured Financing across all products, Securities Lending, Portfolio Trading and Capital Optimisation.

Joined Barclays in January, 2021 having completed a Finance Undergraduate degree and an MBA (focused on Global Markets) at Manhattan College, New York. Relocated to London to join the Equity Financing Sales team; primarily tasked with managing Hedge Fund clients’ day-to-day financing requirements, assisting with sourcing liquidity to enable flow across the Prime Brokerage platform (both synthetically and in Cash PB).

Born and raised in Greece. Graduated from the University of Warwick with a Bachelor’s degree In Economics. Joined the graduate program in Barclays in 2017 and have been working in the stock-loan desk within Prime Services ever since. Strong focus on covering EMEA ETFs.

Joined Barclays in 2016 on the Graduate program, have worked across a variety of roles across Treasury and Markets Divisions. Have worked within the Prime Business since 2021.
