Valentine Ainouz is the Head of Global Fixed Income Strategy within the Amundi Investment Institute. She has 23 years’ professional experience in financial research having joined Amundi in 2001.

Previously, Valentine was in the Credit Analyst team and was in charge of several sectors including autos, building materials, real estate and retail.

Valentine holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Mathematics at Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Master 2 « Modelling and Mathematical Methods in Economics »). She has also been a CFA Charterholder since 2005.

Matt Chessum is a director within the securities finance team at S&P Global Market Intelligence and is responsible for all market commentary, thought leadership and media relations. Previously, Matt was an Investment Director at abrdn where his main responsibilities included overseeing the securities lending activity and the management of GBP denominated Money Market mandates.
Matt is a former member of the Bank of England’s securities lending committee and a former board member of the International Securities Lending Association (ISLA).

Adrian joined ISLA in January 2019 as Head of Regulation & Markets group. In this role, he manages the associations work on regulation, technology, and market practices of the EMEA Securities Lending markets.

Adrian has over 30 years of experience in financial services including diverse roles in product development, business analysis, IT development, trading, and operations at BNP Paribas, Barclays and BNY Mellon. Prior to joining ISLA Adrian was head of product development for SFTR at IHS Market.

Andy joined ISLA in 2013 and took over as Chief Executive in mid-2016. As well as leading our advocacy efforts with policymakers and regulators, he is also responsible for defining the aims and objectives of the Association and ensuring that we meet the needs and requirements of our member firms across Europe, Middle East & Africa. He regularly participates in panel discussions at conferences and events, representing the interests of the industry and advocating the importance of securities lending to the efficient functioning of the broader capital markets.

Prior to joining ISLA, he held senior product and account management roles across the securities finance industry including Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Prudential M&G and IHS Markit (formerly Data Explorers).

Before joining the world of capital markets, Andy worked in commercial and corporate finance banking including aerospace finance.

Stephen O’Donnell is EMEA Head of Sales & Relationship Management for Clearance & Collateral Management at BNY. He joined the firm in June 2022, based in London.

Prior to BNY, Stephen was at Morgan Stanley for 16 years working in various roles across Derivatives and Securities Finance, including EMEA COO for Securities Lending and EMEA Head of Sales Strategy for Securities Finance.

Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Glasgow.

As head of Liquidity Solutions, Mohammed has been leading securities lending trading business at AXA IM since February 2023, covering a wide range of operations from short covering trades to more structured deals. Mohammed previously worked as deputy head of Group Investment Solutions at AXA Group during 6 years, overseeing financing, securities lending and derivatives’ overlays. He has an investment background which he performed as senior credit strategist and macro cross asset portfolio manager. Mohammed is also Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

David Raccat is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Wematch.live, the fintech company transforming the securities financing industry. Joining Wematch in 2017, he has held key roles, including Global Head of Securities Financing and Head of EMEA. Since becoming CRO in September 2023, David drives revenue growth and oversees global sales strategies.
Before Wematch, David held leadership roles at BNP Paribas Securities Services, such as Global Head of Markets Services and CEO of BNP Paribas Dealing Services Asia. François Reboul began his career in 1991 in Indosuez Capital Markets division. He held various trading positions in Paris, Johannesburg and London for Credit Agricole Indosuez and then Calyon.

In 2005, he joined CACIB Treasury as head of Paris desk, before taking responsibility for the EMEA zone in 2007 and the global scope in 2012. In 2013, he joined the Global Markets Trading division as Chief Business Officer and then took responsibility for ALM within Global Markets.

Since 2017, François Reboul has joined CACEIS where he currently holds the role of Global Head of Execution desks. He is a member of CACEIS management committee.

François Reboul is a graduate of the Bordeaux business school (KEDGE) and has a postgraduate degree in finance from CERAM Business School (SKEMA).

Philippe Sauvageot joined Cacib in 2021, to support the expansion of the Equity Finance and Delta-1 platform. Prior to that, he spent 13 years and BNP Paribas and BAML in London and NY

Olivier Zemb joined CACEIS in 2019 as Head of Equity Finance & Collateral Trading in Luxembourg. He started his career in Paris at Fortis Investment Management as a Securities Finance Trader. He has over 16 years of experience in the Securities Finance industry with almost 10 years at BNP Paribas Securities Services in London where he was Head of Global Trading Strategies for the Agency Lending department. Olivier holds a Master 2 Research (DEA) in Markets and Financial Intermediaries from the Toulouse School of Economics.
