Launched in 2023, our ISLA Connects Initiative aims to create a more inclusive securities financing industry by offering networking and educational opportunities to individuals across all levels, from apprentices to senior leaders.
Our initiative began with discounted passes to our flagship European conference, and has since evolved into Educational Briefings and structured networking events, attracting over 200 attendees from 50+ member firms.
A huge thank you to our DEI Steering Group, ISLA Board of Directors, and all those who have supported us on this journey. Together, we’re building a more diverse, inclusive, and forward-thinking industry!
