The ISLA Tax group supports and considers taxation matters relating to the securities lending and broader industry. The working group will review new or amending tax regulation(s) which in turn may require amendments to market practice or advocacy with tax authorities.

This group also works with relevant member firms on the implications of changes to tax law on our Global Master Securities Lending Agreement (GMSLA).

Frequency: Quarterly
Requirement: Member firms can apply to join the group, however regular attendance active participation in relevant meetings is a prerequisite (ISLA reserves the right to modify attendance based on the current composition).
