ISLA is pleased to announce the publication of its 2024 Securities Lending Regulatory Horizon Scanner in collaboration with Clifford Chance.
This 2024 Securities Lending Horizon Scanner provides a high-level overview of key ongoing and expected EU and UK regulatory developments that are likely to have an impact on the industry in the EU and UK over approximately the next 2 years.
Developments are grouped thematically and there are also spotlight sections on US developments relating to reporting of stock loans and short selling as well as certain EU tax-related developments.
