ISLA, in collaboration with Women in Securities Finance (WISF), welcomed nearly 30 securities lending professionals to The Walbrook in London for a networking dinner to mark International Women’s Day 2025.
With the official IWD theme highlighting the need to ‘Accelerate Action’, ISLA CEO Andrew Dyson, alongside WISF London Chapter Leads and ISLA Board Members, Harpreet Bains and Ina Budh-Raja, opened the session with some insightful personal perspectives on their time in the industry, setting the scene for the discussions that followed.
The evening provided a fantastic opportunity to discuss a wide range of industry topics, specifically delving into the importance of broader engagement and knowledge sharing through public speaking at industry events. We hope the vibrant discussion inspired those in the group who have not yet engaged in public speaking opportunities to take the next step!
