The Know Your Client (KYC) & Agent Lender Disclosure (ALD) Working Group, setup by instruction from the Market Practice Steering Group (MPSG), will investigate existing and proposed practices related to pre-trade counterparty approvals and pursuant disclosures.
The output of the group will be presented to the MPSG for final validation and publication to the ISLA Best Practice Handbook. Pursuant to that validation, those practices and recommendations will be added to the Common Domain Model (CDM) roadmap, producing standard data points and functional logic.

Requirement: Member firms can apply to join the group, however regular attendance and active participation in relevant meetings is a prerequisite (ISLA reserves the right to modify attendance based on the current composition).
